Where Art Takes Shape

We understand that plans change, but please know that each workshop or course involves time, preparation, and reserved materials. Therefore, we offer the following:

1. One-Day Workshops

​

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance:
  50% refund or 100% credit towards another session.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop:
  No refund. You may transfer your spot to a friend with prior notice.

• No-shows:
  No refund or rescheduling.​

2. Multi-Week Courses

​

• Withdrawals made 10 days before the course starts:
  50% refund or full credit (valid for 3 months).

• Withdrawals within 10 days of the course start:
  No refund.

• Once a course has begun:
  Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

 

 

3. Custom Orders / Commissioned Work

​

• All commissions require 100% advance payment.

• Once the work has begun, there will be no cancellations, refunds, or revisions beyond what is agreed at the start.

• We take utmost care with firing, but ceramics are fragile.
  Breakage in the kiln is a known risk and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

4. Rescheduling by YellowSpiders Pottery

In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a session (due to weather, illness, or technical issues), we will offer:

• A new date for the same workshop/session
  OR

• A full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
